You get a fixed price before I start, and I’m not VAT registered, so there’s nothing extra to add.
What is a single-page website?
A single-page website (or one-page website) puts everything on one long page. Visitors scroll down through sections such as your services, about you, reviews, the areas you cover and a contact form, and the menu jumps them to each section.
It’s a good fit for new businesses, sole traders and tradespeople who need to look professional online without paying for a bigger site. It’s quick to build, quick to load and easy to keep up to date.

When a one-page website works, and when it doesn’t
What about hosting for a single-page website?
Hosting and your domain name aren’t included in the price, so you own them and stay in control. A one-page site doesn’t need expensive hosting; I’ll recommend something suitable and help you set it up.
I build one-page websites on WordPress, in hand-coded HTML or on Unicorn Platform, depending on whether you want to edit it yourself and how simple you want to keep it. If you’d like me to look after updates and backups, my care plan is £35 a month.
Need one more page, not a whole new site?
If you already have a website and just need a new service page, location page or landing page, you don’t need a new site. I’ll design a page to match your existing branding, set it up for search and link it into the rest of your site.
Adding a page costs from £85, and the same applies if your one-page site grows: you can add pages later without starting again.
