A tired website costs you enquiries
Visitors decide in seconds whether to stay. If your site is slow, hard to read on a phone or looks out of date, they’ll go back to Google and pick someone else.
Redesigns can also go wrong. Change the page addresses or drop content without a plan and your rankings can fall overnight. I plan every redesign around your existing SEO, so you keep what’s working and fix what isn’t.
Everything a redesign should cover
Your redesign includes
- A review of your current site and what’s working
- A new, mobile-friendly design
- Your existing content moved across and tidied up
- A redirect plan for any page addresses that change
- Titles, descriptions and headings checked for SEO
- Basic schema markup for your business
- Contact forms tested before launch
- A walkthrough so you can update the site yourself

How much does a website redesign cost?+
Redesigns start from £650. The final price depends on the number of pages and what needs to change, and you’ll get a fixed quote before I start.
Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?+
Not if it’s planned properly. I map your old pages to the new ones, set up redirects and keep the content that ranks, so you don’t lose ground.
Do I need new content?+
Not always. I can tidy up and reuse your existing words, or write new copy as an add-on.
Which platform do you use?+
I usually build in WordPress, so you can update the site yourself. If your current site is on another platform, I’ll talk you through the options.
How long does a redesign take?+
Most small business redesigns take a few weeks, depending on the size of the site and how quickly content is ready.
Can you look after the site afterwards?+
Yes. My care plans cover updates and backups, with an option that includes monthly edits.
